PENGGUNAAN:-
Kerisik dicipta khas untuk resepi masakan seperti:
Paceri Nenas, Terong, Rebong, Rendang Tok, Berbagai
jenis Kerabu, Kari Ayam, Daging, Udang, pelbagai Rendang
Pedas dan lain-lain masakan yang menggunakan cili boh,
cili api, cabai kering, serbuk kari dan kurma.
BAHAN-BAHAN:-
Kelapa parut yang digoreng tanpa minyak dan ditumbuk
halus.
METHOD OF USE:-
Coconut paste is usually used in traditional Malay cooking
to bring out the flavour in foods such as 'rendang',
curries and other Malay traditional dishes. Add the
coconut paste directly into cooking and sautees, or
mix with vegetables and fruits to make traditional salads.
INGREDIENTS:-
Grilled dessicated coconut.
