  1. Is there a minimum order amount?
    Yes, our minimum order value is only €5.00 not including shipping cost.
  2. Cheaper than your foreign country Asia Store or market?
    We had done an extensive survey across Europe. Our price is the best you can get.

  3. Can you deliver to my place?
    We deliver our products around the world which is reachable by Pos Malaysia. If your location is not in our list still, please let us know. We will quote you the price.

  4. What payment methods are you using?
    • Bank transfer/wire transfer/ Uberweisung - The best option for customers in EU
    • PayPal includes creditcards - The best option if you live outside Europe
    • Money Order and Cheque.
  5. Can I pay using my Credit Card?
    Sure, just register a paypal account and you can make the payment using your credit card.

  6. How long the products will arrive to me?
    Depending on the method of shipment you choose when you make the purchase. Please refer here. If you change your mind on the shipment after you had completed the checkout, please let us know. We will be happy to assist you.

  7. Do you operate 365 days a year.
    Yes.

  8. Can I order a product which is not listed?
    We will be happy to help you out. Please let us know the product that you want and we will quote you the price.

  9. What is the procedure of making the purchase?

  10. When should I register?
    You can register before making the purchase or during making the checkout. Either way, the system will bring you to a successful purchase.

  11. How do I see my account details?
    After you login, there will be a "Account Maintenance" under the "Advance Search" tab. Please go there. You could see your:

    • Account Maintenance : update your billing information and your password.
    • Shipping Information : add and maintain shipping addresses.
    • Order Information : view order status and the payment details.

  12. I forgot my password, what should I do?
    Click the "Lost password" link in the login window. You are require to provide the system with your username and e-mail address which you had used during registration.

  13. Is it safe to make purchase here?
    Our system does not keep any important information about your payment method. All payment must be done using other provider's system (e.g. Online Banking or Paypal).

  14. What about damaged goods and return policy?
    Please refer our policy page.

  15. Why aren't there any  shipping  options appeared during  checkout?
    There are 2 possibilities to this:
    - Please check your shipping address, whether it's with the correct information or you might have forgotten to fill it.
    - Maybe your country does not have in ourlist. If so, please let us know.


  16. Are all the products HALAL?
    We try to provide all our food source products which are having the Malaysian Islamic Development Department (JAKIM)'s Halal's logo. It is one of the most trusted Halal logo. If not (e.g. serunding), there are from one of our special source which you will have our assurance of the quality standard and from Halal source.
